Gave this silk supp. product a try for a full month. Did not relieve my symptoms and in fact the itching from this formula was unbearable at times. Itching was not a concern of mine until using this product. Followed product's recommendation to try half a dose and did not make a difference. Used at bedtime as recommended, but still leaked out for the next 2 days. Glad to hear the product works for some women

I'll try not to go into a lot of detail, but at 61, I was beginning to wonder whether I should once again use an estrogen-based prodct for vaginal atrophy. I first tried it when my Gyn. recommended it after post-menopause. I used it for about a year and it did work very well, but just didn't like using estrogen - I esp. don't like that it comes from horse urine. That was about 6 or 7 yrs ago. The conversation came up again after a bout with a stubborn UTI, then an antibiotic induced yeast infection. There seems to be some literature suggesting that atrophy and UTI's are connected. But I just don't want to use estrogen - and literature is varied on the opinions - health benefits and risks. I thought I'd give NeuEve a try as I had used another brand of vaginal suppository before - but the other brand had a medicinal smell I didn't like, and it didn't do much to change the atrophy. This product has actually impressed me. I also ordered the small jar of cream to put on daily. So far, so good. I have felt much more comfortable. The product is more than I would like to pay, but I ordered my second box. I started with Silk - their recommendation, but ordered Silver the second time by accident --because I think the Silk formula was doing its job. But now I'll be able to compare anyway. I recommended at least trying it.

I’m excited about this product. It seems to be working. I did have problems at first and ended up with a UTI and that’s because it was a bit too strong for me. So after I cleared up the UTI I started using less than half a suppository. For the last couple of months it’s been working wonderful. Little by little I’ve increased the amount and now I’m almost up to a full suppository. I would highly recommend this product if you’re looking for something natural. I tried the patches - the estradiol cream/suppository and it worked havoc on my body (taking it for four months). My hair ended up falling out and they tried to diagnosed me with Hypothyroidism. Now that all the meds are out of my system I feel wonderful and no thyroid problems. If you are not your own advocate no one else will be. With all that said, really give this a try. A bit pricey but I understand. Thank you NeuEve for giving us women a healthy option. Would have given it five stars but: applying with fingers is hard - a bit pricey - other than that great product.

Liked: Seems to work well for moisturizing and helping with painful sex. I used this after pelvic radiation three years ago, because I was extremely dry and sex was painful due to the scar tissue caused by the radiation. I had minimal discharge from this product, compared to others I've tried. Didn't like: It's a little tough to get the pill our of the stiff blister packs. I've had to cut them. Also the insert is long, but even so, it was comfortable and softens up right away. I cut them into halves or thirds and they seemed to do fine, and also the box lasted longer. (I'm not sure if that's recommended though.) My main complaint is that they did NOT help with my latest issue, which is an odor that is ruining my life. I've had this issue for almost a year and a half, and all tests have been clear for: yeast infection, BV, Ph imbalance, VD, Cervical issues or cancer, UTI, PAP smear ... everything clear and they finally gave up trying to help me. So if you have any of those issues, I'm no authority on whether this would help with odor, because it might. But for someone like me who just has an odor issue, so far there seems to be nothing.

Yesterday I received my NeuEve Silk and I knew I had to try it at bedtime. I have been in menopause since 33 years old and I am 64?now. I had cancer and therefore was afraid to use estrogen cream vaginally which is what doctors have said for years that I need. I was afraid to use it so I just didn’t listen. Fast forward to now and I have been miserable. I have had a dull aching and it feels like when you feel like a UTI is coming on not to mention the awful dryness so the doctor said I had no choice but to use the estrogen. I actually have hope now. My plans are to use all three stages of NeuEve. This is an absolute miracle and bless you Dr. Chang for creating a product like this that is going to help so many of us. Wait till I see my doctor and if things keep progressing like this I will be stopping the estrogen cream and will stay on NeuEve for the rest of my life.

I developed vaginal atrophy after chemotherapy for breast cancer. Because of my breast cancer, I'm unable to use estrogen suppositories. I had despaired of ever having painless sex with my husband until I tried NeuEve. It works! I'm now able to have sex without pain or using other lubricants. It's nothing short of amazing. For those that complained of some discharge after use, I suggest using a panty liner. It's completely worth it. Insertion is easy with or without an applicator, but I suggest remaining lying down completely still for at least 15 minutes after insertion. I've found that even pulling on my panties can cause it to slip out. I also find it's best used when I go to bed, so it has all night to work its wonders. I'm 66 and have not been able to have painless sex in 15 years. This is a miracle. I plan to move on to the Silver Kit.
