Still waiting on cream from the doctor for a fissure, I bought this in the meantime, I'm not sure if I need it now. This stuff is amazing, along with lactolose has been a lifesaver. Highly recommend. Saved my Christmas.

Hi all, I think this is the first review I've ever left on here, but thought all things considered this might help somebody else. Just before Christmas I ended up in excruciating pain with what I thought may have been an internal roid giving me some jip. Over Christmas I could hardly sit down properly, going to the loo would genuinely almost make me sick, I'd be on the deck within 30 seconds and almost in tears. I'd used Anusol and Germaloids, nothing was working (to be fair the 4 way Anusol is half decent, but towards the end I used it in conjunction with this). I checked the reviews, and took a punt on this stuff. It's amazing. Truly. Now, it works really quick and feels like washing your nuts with that Tea Tree oil shower gel, bit tingly, but it will take a while to sort everything out properly. After a few weeks of pain at the loo I went to the docs and he reckoned I had a fissure - beautiful... I got another tube of this (used three since Christmas), he said keep using what seemed to work and as of last weekend (25/1) no pain, no nothing. I have changed my diet and I NAIL water and in a funny way I'm glad this happened because it's made me healthier, I take fibre supplements too. I'm rambling a bit, but this stuff did really work for me. After the pain, the relief and being back to normal feels incredible. I would listen to what people say about diet etc, it really helps. When you're going through it it genuinely feels like it will never end - but for me, thankfully, it has. Anyone out there suffering, give this a go, see if it helps.

Soothing, no irritation. Solved my pain and itching fast. My piles reduced quickly. Easy to use, hopefully don’t need again but good value for money so am happy if I have to buy again. Easy to use, good quality product.

Fantastic! I’ve had an awful time with piles but this is so relieving! I apply a little on the end of a germoloid suppository and pop a little on the anus and it helps so much. I was struggling to even walk my dog for 20 mins- with this combination I’ve managed to walk almost 20k on a weekend trip away! Cannot fault it!

I recommend it. It really works; it helped with a very serious type of haemorrhoid. It feels cool after applying, and it lasts a long time.

Not going to lie, if I knew what rubbing capo rub on your poop shoot was like I reckon it would be exactly like using this product! My rim was both hot and cold and at the slightest whiff of a breeze, absolutely freezing!! Trying to walk was like tightly holding red hot lava between my cheeks! Wowzers this is not for the faint hearted, and I lasted all of about 6 minutes before I had to remove it and soothe the sacred ring before applying aloe-blinkin-vera. No wonder it says it shrinks hemmys in 24 hours they’re literally running away from this product! Never again.
