Alliance Chemical Xylene Technical Grade - 4 Gallon Case - Xylol Industrial Solvent

This product was recomended by a pro to restore the original luster of a stained stamped concrete patio without having to re-seal it.After pressure washing the concrete I applied xylene with a thick roller. Recommendation was to apply it in up-to 90 degrees fahrenheit. It was 85. and direct sunlight. The product evaporated too quickly before emulsion would start. In short, I wasted good money without any result.The second part of the concrete was applied at about 82 degrees and shade. Fantastic results, better than expected.Moral of the story: apply at around 70 degree Fahrenheit. Make sure the area is in shade. Allow emulsion to happen for 15-20 minutes and you'll be pelased with the product.
