This is a great resource for dietitians that work in elderly care.

This book was really helpful for studying the CSG exam. It has so many pages I book marked bc the charts/tables are so helpful! I think it was well worth the money.

I bought this book to study for the CDR Certification in Gerontological Nutrition. Of the books recommended for this exam, this book was the most helpful. I read the whole thing and it was less boring than other similar textbooks. It has a lot of interesting info on vitamin/drug interactions and vitamin/mineral deficiencies which helpful charts to study from. I passed my exam on the first try! As a bonus, my book came with a page at the beginning for a link to take a quiz to receive 4 CEU's which I did.

This book is a phenomenal resource. It's easy to read and the information is very topical. I recommend it for anyone in LTC profession or someone taking the CSG exam.
