Is there a way to replace the battery? Mine works as long as it's plugged in, but not without external power

Answer - The lock has a port that you have to plug into and re-charge the battery about 1 time a month. The company says the battery will last longer than that, but not really. Another note: I have a problem with the locks having moisture on them and not working, (dew or rain). i have to dry them and dry my finger for them to work and often they still don't. We keep our lock in a plastic container when we aren't using it. Hope this is helpful

Does it have any preemptive low battery indicator? any flashing or beeping before the point where it will flash red and fail to open?

It would blink red for 5 seconds whenever the fingerpad is touched the next time when the battery becomes low, and it would still have around 50 openings(or 10days) before it needs to be recharged.

If I bought two, could the backup keys be the same for both?
