I never write reviews, but this stuff is incredible! For the first three weeks, I followed the instructions on the product website and divided my daily serving of 100mg into two doses throughout the day. I took three pills in the morning on an empty stomach and two pills before lunch on an empty stomach. This brought me from a 31 ferritin level up to a 38 in 3 weeks. I was happy with the modest progress. After chatting with ChatGPT on how to maximize absorption, I decided to start taking four pills a day, all at once, in the morning on an empty stomach. Neither dosing strategy gave me any stomach discomfort. After two weeks on the once daily dosing strategy, my ferritin levels went up to 73!! So overall I increased my ferritin levels from 31 to 73 in five weeks! I’m not sure if the once daily dosing is actually more effective OR if my body needed to replace it’s serum iron before it started increasing my ferritin (ferritin is the body stored back up iron). I have a feeling it’s the ladder because my serum iron first tested at 56 and then at 134 and then at 130. Regardless, I cannot recommend this product highly enough. One dose is easier to remember as part of your daily routine so best of my experience I would just do that. I drank mine with coffee every day. The only thing I avoided was large servings of dairy/calcium with it. If I wanted milk or yogurt, I would have that at nighttime. Just like the instructions say; it is hard to interfere with the absorption of this product. And it is very gentle on the stomach. I couldn’t even feel it in my stomach. My energy is already better. And my hormone production is showing improvement on the lab work due to my body being properly fueled with iron. I’m now down to two pills a day and will keep checking my levels to see if I need to keep taking one pill a day to maintain or if I can actually get off of it. Thank you for making such an amazing product. I’ve been experiencing infertility for several years, and I am hopeful that this will help bring my hormone levels into the fertility range.

Let me tell you, this Simply Iron supplement is my lifesaver! I’ve been Iron deficient for awhile after my Lab results showed that my Ferritin level is 5 which is beyond deficient than the normal range. I have a lot of health issues specifically my gut problems which I believed causes the absorption and depletion of my Iron levels so much. With my low levels I frequently experienced headaches, fatigue, no energy and dizziness which even simple walking is a struggle. I tried taking other Iron supplements hoping it will help alleviate my symptoms but it didn’t. Thank God I found a sufferer from YouTube and recommended to try this one and how it helped her with her condition with no known side effects according to her testimony. So I tried this, started with 2 pills a day I noticed I don’t feel dizzy as often as before. I’m almost done with the 1st bottle and ordered the 2nd bottle already then I’m planning to have my Labs done again to check if it’s helping my Ferritin level. I’m still on the mending side and I’m sure I should be consistent in taking it for awhile before I’ll see optimal results because dealing with anemia is not an overnight cure. Right now, I’m happy that there’s an improvement in my health and my quality of life. So anybody who’s suffering from low levels of Iron should not hesitate to try this. And the best thing while supplementing with this is that I don’t feel any side effects. So grateful I’ve found this.🙏

Best Iron there is. I fought anemia for years and tried different Iron supliments, some were helping but had bad nausea from them. But this one no side efects, no constipation no nausea, I took it as they say on the website and in less then 3 months my anemia is gone. My labs were improving every time I checked my blood. The red blood cels improved the hemoglobin and feritin also. NO more Iron infusion for me. As my blood got back to normal in les then 3 months with this Iron. I took it as they say twice my weight in kilograms and spread it 3xday. In the morning amd noon I took Iron plus the red bottle and evening I took this kind as the Iron plus gave me extra energy.

This is the only iron supplement that I’ve tried that does not give me stomach h upset. It’s easy to swallow and I believe is working. Will get tested soon but going to stick with it.

Had low iron and ferritin for years because of malabsorption with Crohn's. I've also taken elemental iron for years just to keep my ferritin in the teens or 20's. Finally heard about this from a thyroid support group. In 6 weeks, with high dosing, this took my ferritin from 30 to 115! I'm not sure that my ferritin has ever been that high! Now I'm just taking one pill a day to keep my iron saturation up. I'm very happy with this iron! This can cause constipation at higher doses, but nothing like that of other forms of iron. It also doesn't hurt my guts like other forms. The taste, or lack of, is very tolerable too. However, my new to iron supplements SIL turned her nose up at the smell. Iron just smells and tastes bad - this is as tolerable as it gets AND it works, unlike most non-heme iron.

Most iron supplements weren't agreeing with me, but this one is working GREAT. I'm feeling a million times better - had low ferritin, and will be excited to see the change next time I have blood work done!

I think this Iron supplement is worth a shot if you have not had any success with getting your levels up. Since starting it 6 weeks ago I have noticed more sustained energy without a crash in the afternoon. I have not ran my labs yet but I will update when I do. My ferritin was at an 8 when I started so I am excited to see the results in a few weeks when I run my labs again.

I love this iron. No fillers, no taste, easy to absorb, and you can take it with basically anything or on an empty stomach, with zero tummy upset. My ferritin level went up by 20 points in 3 months of taking it once daily. First time I have been in the healthy range since puberty! I recently learned you can improve ferritin even faster by taking higher doses for a short time, so I just started doing that! After a lifetime of iron-deficiency anemia, my energy has soared, my color is better, female hormone levels have improved, headaches have decreased...what's not to love?
