This product nailed the color for the leds. "Day light" is usually around 5000k, this says 4000k daylight. But i trusted daylight vs kelvin just cause the others were named "cool" and "warm". Non fatiguing brightness for my bookshelf! Dim-able function is great for night time and doesnt "strobe" assuming pwm's cycle is high, or just constant on...thinking now as i write this, maybe constant on since these run with outlet power. Only issue im having is my ocd plus laziness with cable organization. Exposed cables makes it look cheap, so i bought cable covers. Thats my issue, not the products! Just take the extra effort in concealing and youre golden!

We have 2 electrical outlets in the bedroom so we can't use lamps, especially since the bedroom is also very small. We have this attached to the closet frame to lighten the room softly. I love the dimmer switch because it allows us to control the brightness and not the manufacturer. I am using 3 bars in the closer and do not have it on the brightest setting. It helps us with subtle brightness without the harshness of the ceiling light.

These strip lights are well made and bright, it fits well in a cabinet. However, the biggest problem I found out is that the connection cord between the strip lights are way too short, so if you have multiple shelves, and if you have several compartment that you want to control from the same switch, this is really not working. Also, the switch/dimmer is too bulky, and no remote, so it is difficult to find the right place for it.

There is a good amount of voltage drop, so the lights towards the end are noticeably dimmer than the first few. The double sided tape it comes with kind of sucks. It's not the worst I've ever seen, but it's not the best either.

I added them to the top of my cabinets to give the kitchen additional ambience. I absolutely love these and even connected them to one of my Amazon plugs so they automatically turn on and off.
