I was very hesitant to make this purchase as I have tried other makeup cleansing balms before, and they would always disappoint, but this one!!! Really is the best, I don’t have any issues with it, the packaging was advanced level and eco-friendly which I love and respect, the way it removes the makeup is 100% lovable, it has a far away scent of a chemical but this con can be overlooked by all the amazing and wonderful results this product gave away, the tube is big so it will last you a while, I am for sure repurchasing it once my is done🩷🩷

This is a really great balm cleanser it takes away all the makeup as well and helps with clogged pores. Iv'e used other balm cleansers overtime but in my experience this one is the best. Additionally, it shipped fast and arrived in good condition.

The texture is too oily and doesn't turn milky when mixed with water as the one I used and bought from Sephora. The oil separates regardless of the temperature and even after washing the face, it remains oily.

The balm separates very easily so you need to shake the bottle every time before using. It removes sunscreen and makeup effectively. I would’ve been easier to use in a pump like DHC or tub like Farmacy. Update after 4 months of usage: I don’t like this cleanser at all. I’m having hard time finishing it because I keep reaching for other cleansers instead. This cleanser does not emulsify easily. It doesn’t effectively remove sunscreen or make up. I does not wash off easily. I always do double cleanse anyway but since this cleanser does not fully emulsify it’s extra hard to remove it from your face. I won’t repurchase.

I really don't like the texture it's super greasy and heavy to blended it...

Clean the make up and clear my spf oil.

I use this because I have very reactive sensitive skin, and most cleansers make my skin sore. It is quite thick so I have to use a wash cloth to remove it as water alone leaves a bit of oily residue (I dont mind this when my skin is dry) its very calming and can also use it as a mask. Great for daily cleanser and a double cleanse if you wear makeup.
