A great vacuum
This vacuum has turned out to be a fantastic addition to my house, it has strong suction and the two rollers catch all the debris, It came with two batteries and the external charger allows me to keep vacuuming all over the house

It is not so lightweight, but works good.
We have only used it once. We live in a 2 bedroom condo, the battery that came installed only had 40 % of life, but that one along with the fully charged one easily did the whole upstairs, with about 40% charger left in the 2nd battery. We are happy with the vacuum, but it is not light. We are super seniors and had to share vacuuming, because of the weight. Younger people may find it okay. It picked up well, and we love using a cordless vacuum.

So convenient!
Love this vacuum. Comes with 2 batteries so you are always ready to use. The folding handle for storage is awesome. This vacuum takes up hardly any space when stored. Good suction power when used on the first 2 levels…..great suction on the third level. Bending the handle to go under furniture is so unique and convenient. Easy and quick to empty the canister. Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre! I got it on sale so it was a great purchase. 3rd vacuum I’ve purchased in the last year and this one’s a keeper!

Melting
Vacuum Head Is Melting I’m really disappointed with this vacuum. The actual vacuum works fine, but the head has started to literally melt/deform with normal use. The plastic looks like it has been exposed to extreme heat, even though I’ve only used the vacuum normally. This is concerning because a vacuum should not be generating enough heat for parts of the head to melt. For the price, I expected much better durability and definitely didn’t expect something like this to happen. I’m now concerned about continuing to use it and will be contacting the manufacturer regarding the warranty.
