Adorable shoes-the bottoms are rubber to add traction to a new walker. The velcro-type fastened strap make it easy to get on and off and to secure tight enough to not fall off easily. My daughter now wants a pair in red. The 12-18 months is a US size 3, 9-12 is a size 2. The measurement chart is odd on the product info.

Adorable. She has wide feet so I purchase a size up but these were the right length and just a little wide because of the material. Overall, I am so happy to finally find little shoes for my little walker!

They fit as expected. They made any outfit complete. super cute very elegant definitely would recommend.
