Manufacturing defect
The tilt mechanism is not fitted on centre due to which the weight of chair is going on a single side , the tilt mechanism getting broken due to this. , not recieved any responce after contacting sales , so we tried to welding the tilt plate but asnit is fitted in wrong measurment and one side weight, fhe chair is getting tilted on left side.
