I have been using this chair for nearly two years and wanted to share my experience, especially regarding the service from the beAAtho team. The chair is very comfortable, and its quality is excellent—I use it every day for work. Recently, I encountered a minor issue that caused some discomfort, so I contacted the beAAtho team. They promptly provided a replacement part, which was easy to install myself. Now, chair is back to my comfort state.

Worst experience.
Worst experience with this chair. It didn't even work properly for 1 year. The material used in chair is very cheap and one of the armrest got broken. Hydraulic always had issues. For sending replacement parts, the support agents ask customer to pay the shipping charges. The chair is not even worth half the money i spent on it.
