is this price for one thing?

Yes, price is for the binder only. I balked at cost, but for me, this binder was perfect. I bought two. I split my calendar Jan-Jun & Jul-Dec between the two binders. Dividing this way leaves space for tucking things in, such as cards by each month, additional pages, brochures. The binder holds all together.

I need to cancel the Franklin planner

Once an order was placed I was not allowed to cancel it on Amazon. Therefore, I have shopped directly with Franklin Planner ever since. Besides I earn rewards and I can use promo codes when I purchase directly with Franklin Planner. No shipping fees on orders over $75.00. It goes by ground and it takes a few days for delivery from UPS.
