This cleaner made maintaining my popcorn machine so much easier. Just mix the powder with water, pour it into the kettle, heat it up, and let it sit for about 5–10 minutes. After dumping and rinsing, the kettle wiped clean with very little effort. It removed the built-up grease and residue much better than regular soap and water. Super simple to use and definitely saves time when cleaning. Highly recommend for anyone with a popcorn machine!

I stopped using my pop corn popper years ago due to not being able to clean the kettle effectively. No detergent would touch the grease until I discovered this product. This removed all the grime. The kettle now just looks like it is in service rather than ready for the trash can. I am back in business and loving theater popcorn. I saw the clerks using this to clean the pop corn machines at Harkins and asked them what it was and they showed me. When I got home that night I searched on Amazon and there it was with good reviews so I ordered it and wasn't disappointed. This cleaner works well when you mix with water and allow it to sit for a while and loosen up the grease. I used it to clean the bottom stainless trays. The best thing to do is take all the items that need to be cleaned over to the sink and do it there not in the machine. It can get messy cleaning so doing it over the sink is the best option. This is a must have for anyone who owns a kettle type pop corn popper. It's your saving grace.

This stuff works! Cleans the popper kettle like new. Removes oil and kernel build up on all internal components. Just heat the pot to a boil and run the stirrer for a few minutes, let it cool and rinse well. No scouring required. I am glad I discovered this! Makes a tedious job much less difficult.

I upgraded recently from a small popcorn machine to a 3-gallon Great Northern Popcorn Machine, but the problem is that I didn’t increase the popping oil commensurate with the larger capacity. Consequently, the inside of the kettle ended up with a LOT of dark burnt spots. After a lot of research, Heat N Kleen seemed to hold the most promise, though I thought I would likely end up having to live with a burnt kettle. Much to my surprise, after following the instructions I was in disbelief at how much actually came off. It wasn’t perfect the first go ‘round, but the instructions clearly state that more than one application might be necessary to remove stubborn spots—the first application removed probably 90 percent. But after the second boiling and soaking, every single bit of the burnt spots were removed, and it now looks brand spanking new again. Could not be happier!! We also own a Breville Grind Control coffee maker with a 12-cup insulated aluminum carafe. Inside the carafe it is completely dark brown from the coffee staining. We have tried scrubbing it with super hot water and plenty of Dawn dishwashing liquid and even an extra strength CLR soaking—neither did anything at all. After witnessing what the Heat N Kleen did for the popcorn kettle, we decided to try it in the carafe. After converting ounces to Tbsp, I added 1 Tbsp of the Heat N Kleen powder to the carafe and filled it with boiling water. After an hour of soaking on the back porch, I used a long-handled scrub brush to gently scrub the inside of the carafe, then brought it inside and poured the yucky dark water out. After rinsing with fresh water, I could not believe my eyes. It was brand new again! I should have taken a before and after photo, but didn’t think of it until after the treatment. But I have attached the photo of the carafe after the treatment. Remember, it was very dark brown on the inside, but not anymore. Again, could not be happier.

I use this to remove any hard oil or grease from my appliances it works Fanta and this is a great price! I typically pay over $20 at the hardware store. I use on my air fryer and popcorn maker... cleans AMAZING 👏 just be sure to use extreme hot water
