Not Invicta's fault. But I received a used watch from Amazon, this is BS I am returning for refund. ------------------------ Update: Ok so Amazon sent me a new watch, let me tell you for this $$$ you can't go wrong I've changed my rating to 5 stars. This watch looks and feels like a quality item the band is well made the watch looks beautiful, keeps accurate time I've had it for little over a month , water resistant for sure I've immerged it in water and showered no problem with seal. Have not taken it past 2 to 3 ft so I can't atest for its dive abilities. The luminous feature is not the greatest but it stays for about 20 to 30 min. One issue I must mention not a big one but it could affect other people's rating, so the pins on the band if you need to re size are very hard to get out, I bought a special pin remover from Amazon worked well I re sized it in a bout 10 minutes. This is a purchase I would do again, very happy to date. We will see in long term.
