Material is not soft and size is small.

Incorrect size
Size chart shows XL measurement as 85-95 cm waist. I needed 95cm hence I ordered XL. But I received product with measurement of XL but with100-105 cm of waist. That means product description is incorrect with size measurement. I need replacement with correct size of 95cm waist
