Valterra 200-30 PVC Swing/Spring Combination Check Valve, White, 3" Slip

Good flow, seemed like cheap construction, but holding back the water like it’s supposed to after a month

I was a little hesitant ordering this product as the specifications did not match. It is, indeed, a 3" slip fitting and both wider and longer than indicated in the specifications written as of this time). Product was well packaged and the light spring allows for good water flow and yet helps ensure a good seal under no flow conditions. I purchased this to replace a foot valve for my father's sprinkler system that cost approximately ten times as much so he was happy.

It's a big backflow preventer. It works great oriented vertical.

I works great for a basement lift station pump out to the septic system. It isn't clear though as described.
