Perfect supplement if taken VERY CAREFULLY.
Reviewing this product after I'm almost finishing it. This has been a great supplement for fast gains and better energy.Characteristics about this-1. Feels like unflavored salt that doesn't dissolve very well.2. Makes lumps in the box if not used for a month.3. White and grainy.Experience-Careful dosage is recommended. I used to consume 5 grams (1 scoop) daily. Some people load creatine for a week, thinking that they'll get faster results. Most of the times, they end up being in a miserable condition. It didn't create any problem for me, and I could see results in 10-12 days, with proper exercise and protein intake. Also remember that I'm a vegetarian, so no meat protein benefit here. Water intake should be maintained so as to keep your urine clear. Don't think about simply fixing it to 4-5 litres. I consumed just 2 litres and it went well.It's a good deal overall.

I love the quality. It is so easy to use because it has a suggested quantity(scoop) and it mixes easily with water or milk. It tastes very nice and not smelly either. It's ingredients are also authentic with no side effects. Kudos to the packaging as well, air tight.
