Is this product BPA free?

Yes, as far as I know silicone never has BPA

I put it in the drawer for years and it's kinda melts a bit, got slimy. Can i still use it or not?

Oh boy....I'm not sure I would use it again unless maybe you could clean it really well. Maybe soak it in some water and peroxide. I would probably just buy another one myself.

Why does it advertise free shipping with amazon over 25.00 but still charge for that item?

Not sure why that would be happening to you....pretty sure I have ordered and had free delivery in the past. Just make sure that your order is over $25.00 and that you click on the free shipping as it will default to the other method.
