I use this with my warming foot bath. Love it. It smells great, leaves my skin super soft, and helps ease my foot aches.

I ordered this product because I stand on my feet for hours at work and my body throbs when I get home. I needed something to soak in because I was becoming reliant on pain meds. Between this stuff, ice soaks for my feet, stretching, and this ginger rub I use I’ve been able to stop the pain meds and feel somewhat normal again. I would recommend it even if just for smell and moisturizing properties. I even use it in the ice soak for feet. It’s a small bag but a little goes a long way. I combine this Mr Teals bath foam.

I love the product but during shipping the bag was opened/damage and the epson salt went everywhere. I think they need to put plastic over the opening to prevent this
