It's like a tasty little sauce for pet food! My dog gets a couple pills every morning with her breakfast, so I pour a little of this omega-3 over where the pills are and never have a problem with her taking her morning meds. I've noticed a difference in the texture and quality of her skin, and her coat certainly maintains a healthy shine. I like that the bottle has a nice pump mechanism, so I can get a uniform dose every time. I think we've been using this omega-3 supplement for about 5 years, and could not be happier!

I've been using this product in my pets for for over 5 years, and will continue. I've tried other products that were priced lower, however, they weren't as effective. My pets, both cats and dogs, fur are softer and glossy. I especially noticed the difference in my cat Bean. When I first adopted Bean his fur was coarse and his skin was dry and flaky. Since, he has been eating his kibble with the oil, his fur is soft and his skin is no longer dry and flaky.

We have a 5 year old black lab named Bee and we've been added this salmon supplement on her food for the last year. We were using a different brand previously but switched over to this one. Her coat is always shiny and no dryness or dandruff. She always smells good, no lingering stinky fish breath, and her coat is so very soft. She swims in our salt water pool regularly as well and has some seasonal allergies. I truly believe the salmon oil is not only helping with her allergies but keeps her coat looking brilliant. I know it also helps with her joints and along with many other health benefits. I'm also a local pet sitter and often times dogs do not want to eat in a new environment. It's rare that a dog will still refuse their dinner after a couple pumps of this pure salmon oil!

I was using the Grizzly pollock oil for my dogs, but decided to try the Grizzly "Omega Health" oil. (My dogs are 10 year old Newfies.) It seems like they have less joint pain now. It's always difficult to say if one thing or another made the actual difference, but I'll keep using this product since the dogs are doing better. And the price is no more than the Grizzly pollock oil was. Their coats do not seem to be any smoother (something I was hoping for), but their joints do seem to be better. They also get Dasuquin glucosamine with MSM, and I think that also helps. Managing joint pain in older dogs is a challenge. There are a ton of different products out there, as well as prescription meds. Non-prescription pet supplements (such as the Grizzly Omega Health oil, and the Dasuquin glucosamine tabs) are not subject to controlled clinical trials, so the only evidence as to their efficacy is anecdotal - as in the case of my dogs. If you find something that seems to work for your dogs, then go with it. In my case, Grizzly Omega Health oil and Dasuquin glucosamine tabs seem to be helping my old Newfies, so that's what I'm going with.
