Delicious, just a right amount of salt and flavor! A must in any salad ! And the price is right !

Very good anchovies
Great fillets. Love them in my spaghetti, on pizza, or just on garlic toast. They are rather salty but I like salty. I just use less salt in my sauce. I've heard that you can rinse anchovies in water and it tames the salt but I've not tried that

Tasty but not expensive.
Cento is my favorite brand of anchoviies, taste right and are not overpriced.

very good anchovies, not the most convenient package
While these anchovies are good, as good as any except fresh, they lose a star because once opened, the can can't be reclosed, so you need another receptacle for the unused anchovies. But, if you have a small jar (I use a mustard jar), you're in luck, because then you can put the leftover anchovies in the jar with some truffle scented olive oil, and later they will add wonderful flavor to your salads.
