Is it possible to get a refund because i play regular 3 reeds and these 3s are too thin?

I don’t see why not. Try using the refund process here on amazon. You can take it to your local Kohl’s for return and refund if they accept it

Description says guitar starp, but video and picture show clarinet reeds? Is this product clarinet reeds? If so, what size?

Yes it will ship as size 4 Vandoren clarinet reeds. The item title is more important than the incorrect description.

What is the difference between these and the Vandoren Juno reeds?

The Juno Reeds are said to be cut for a beginning reed player. The CR103's are for a player who has passed the basic beginning stage. However, I played using the CR103's as a beginner and they seems to work better for me than the so-called beginner reeds.

Are these round or straight where the reed starts to taper?

The tip it rounded to match a mouth piece. The bottom (upTo where out trappers) is slightly rounded but the entire Reed is flat against the mouthpiece. This brand of reed has excellent sound. I highly recommend it.
