Was recommended this product by my sons naturopath, he is 6 mo old with recurring uti’s and 1 kidney infection. Hard to tell I it’s working as he had to start antibiotics daily lo dose and did several rounds of other homeos. I give it to him daily as part of his wellness program with probiotics
