El Yucateco Caribbean Chile Habanero Hot Sauce, 4 oz, Authentic Mexican Hot Sauce (Pack of 6)

I have tried three or four of the Yucateco Sauce. All of them have excellent flavor and they are different. This one really captures the flavor of the Caribbean and was almost as good as one of the best sauces I have ever had (which was a homemade sauce on Vieques, Puerto Rico). I see that most of the negative reviews are due to packaging. Mine was packaged quite well, so hopefully this has been fixed.

I like all of the El Yucateco hot sauces, but this one is my absolute favorite. Unfortunately, it's also pretty hard to get in my area. If you're not lucky enough to hit the store right after it's been stocked, you're out of luck, and then sometimes they don't have it back for months, so I'm happy to have found a 3 pack on Amazon. This sauce is fairly hot but it's not just about heat, it's full of delicious habanero goodness and tastes grat on everything: eggs, popcorn, meat, used as a dipping sauce, added to guac, etc. it's that good. I have a hot sauce specialty store near me (they carry this brand but not this flavor) so I have a pretty decent selection of sauces, but this particular sauce is my go-to more often than not. Love it.

Love this stuff. Think I found out about it from a Kenji Lopez Alt video, and been buying it ever since. Not too hot, but hot enough to add some real kick and flavor to your food. Only odd thing about it is the color changes from batch to batch. Some were between orange and brown. Not that it matters, but it is not always as orange as it looks in the pictures.

I usually make my own hot sauce, but sometimes I run out and I need a back up. I’ve tried almost every commercially available sauce there is and I must say most of them are awful. They use too much vinegar. However, I stumbled upon this one recently, and I do like it, no vinegar at all and it’s got a good heat level. Best of all it does not taste industrial. While it will not be a regular in my hot sauce rotation it will be good back up.

This is my favorite flavor of El Yucateco, and is officially my favorite non-Louisiana and non-Asian hot sauce. I took a bottle to Australia on a work trip to leave in their lunch room, and the Indian lady ate the whole thing. I LOVE this hot sauce. It is spicy for sure, like all El Yucateco sauces seem to be, but no hotter or less hot. Not an absurd heat, just a really complimentary spicy flavor on anything Mexican.

The Brand Says It All! El Yucateco has been a family favorite in our household for many years now. And such a good deal for a high-quality sauce! A six-pack of Caribbean Habanero Sauce for an excellent price, delivered quickly and packed very well. We'll be back again and again!

Best hot sauce I've ever had! Please bring it back! I need more.

me la regalaron en una ocasión y he vuelto a repetir. Quizás tenga un precio elevado pero es ideal para acompañar a ciertas comidas como hamburguesas, pasta, etc. Pica bastante y tiene un sabor más agrabable que el tabasco, que a mi no me gusta su sabor

Es handelt sich um eine scharfe, fruchtige und ohne nach Essig zu schmeckende Soße! Kann man definitiv weiterempfehlen!

This sauce is tasty but not very hot for real "chilliheads". The bottle is actually a little small for the price.
