Great Hot Sauce
Love this stuff. Think I found out about it from a Kenji Lopez Alt video, and been buying it ever since. Not too hot, but hot enough to add some real kick and flavor to your food. Only odd thing about it is the color changes from batch to batch. Some were between orange and brown. Not that it matters, but it is not always as orange as it looks in the pictures.

spicy and unique flavor
the flavor profile is pretty good and a perfect spicy for the spicy level if you add too much. only issue is if u want to eat something but not too hot but want to keep the flavor.

Great sauce, when you get shipped the right product.
This hot sauce is great. This is actually my favorite variety. However, when I ordered, I got sent the regular El Yucateco, instead. It was a whole 6-pack. Sat in a shelf for a few months while I finished my remaining supply before I even noticed they gave me the wrong stuff. Harder to tell through the plastic wrap. Very saddened by this, as I really love the Caribbean one.
