Can you put a plastic container inside ?

Yes, our lunch box has a 1.8L stainless steel container inside and a 0.45L plastic container inside. Plastic containers can be heated properly, but not for too long.

Can extra bowls be ordered?

Hello, I'm sorry we don't have any extra bowls to sell separately. However, we will soon launch a separate charging cable to solve the problem of some customers losing their power cord. Additional bowls will also be planned for later shelves. We are very willing to consult with customers' opinions, and we will try our best to meet all their needs.

How long can it be kept pluged in?

We've only kept it plugged in for about 30 minutes cause the food was hot.
