Good value. Can't remove all the mud stains but the jackets have come up a bit cleaner!

Good product for goretex gear

Brill wash for waterproofs. Got items clean first time.

Does the job. Had to speak to customer service about a different issue and they were fabulous. So the wash works and so does the company!

This cleans outdoor products really well and keeps them performing to their best. I use it on all my outdoor kit (mostly RAB, with some other brands) and also all my kids waterproof clothing. For the price you get a lot of washes so it’s worth having around - especially in winter when things get muddy.

Does what it says, perfect for outdoor wear

It did a great job of cleaning but it seems to have removed the original DWR coating. I washed in washing machine on a 90min wash with a 400 spin speed at 30oC with an extra rinse. I used 50ml as I washed a couple of jackets (25ml seemed a tiny amount at the time). They look clean, but there is no water beading off, where there was some beading before the wash. I would only use this again once a jacket is wetting out straight away, and I would hand wash it the bath with only the 25ml it says to use. You will also need to reproof the garments after washing, as it certainly did not restore the original DWR finish on my jackets.

Anyone with waterproof / Goretex gear needs to maintain it with something and I find the Grangers wash works best for me. Whenever i notice the water stops beading properly on my hiking jacket or pants, washing with this product brings back the water repellancy. Overtime I do reapply a DWR treatment, usually after a couple years of using the gear, the performance wash cleans the DWR coating keeping it in working order until then. These performance washses are much cheaper than reproofing the jacket , bulk purchasing the product also generally works best for me as the normal bottles only do 12 washse. With all my families gear to wash, we go through it quickly. Similar products from Nikwax exist and work well, I find this one to give the same results more cost-effectivley
