Excellent chairs. We ordered them for our garden room. They are sturdy, well made, comfortable for long periods of sitting and look beautiful. The cane used in the rattan is smooth and well shaped. These chairs will clearly last. Great price, great chairs. Easy to put together.

Chairs are even better looking than in their photos!!! Very easy to assemble, sturdy, comfortable and competitively priced. They look great in my living room and are a pleasure to sit in. Contacted Customer Service and they were very easy to deal with

The chair is lovely. Seller contacted me that the shipment of cream cushions arrived damaged and did I want to change the color. They gave me three options. One of which was brown. I chose that. Chairs and cushions arrived two days later. Very easy assembly. Your suppose to download instructions. Didnt need to... very simple. So back to the cushions ...by no means are these brown. They are a burgundy. With that said they look wonderful in my Florida room. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 just because of color. But for me it actually works. Great customer service

The two chairs I ordered, were missing the metal inserts to fasten the chair seat to the armrests. This was the same for both chairs. It a shame they are nice looking chairs.

My new arm chair is as pretty as its picture! It fits well in my bedroom adding the welcoming element I love about wicker. The color is warm and rich; it took only about 20 minutes to put the screws in the holes, tighten them as a unit, and sit comfortably in the chair on the comfortable cushions. After sitting in the chair regularly for about a month, it has acclimated to my environment and me, "settling-in" so to speak. I tightened two of the screws which were just a smidge loose and continue to love this chair!

Chairs arrived in perfect condition, were easy to assemble and look just like the picture. They make a very attractive and comfortable addition to our sunroom. Only issue was the large, heavy boxes were delivered on our front lawn, requiring us seniors to get them up our long, uphill (but very drivable) driveway. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Very nice chair -- comfortable, sturdy, good-looking and easy to assemble! Our original order arrived within two days (five days earlier than promised, and right before Christmas). One part had a crack around the pre-drilled screw hole, so I contacted the seller, who immediately responded by phone AND email, then cheerfully shipped a replacement part that arrived less than 24 hours later! Excellent service and a nice product -- will definitely buy from them again!

I bought this armchair in 2019. Please be aware that the actual seat height is 12.7 inches. Cushion does not hold its shape and you are sitting on the level of 12.7 inches.
