Bad quality, unstable exchange/return policy
Received the product damaged. When tried returning it asked for pictures. The next day when tried returning with pictures it said item not eligible for return(though it was in the return window)

Personalmente lo trovo perfetto! Robusto e funzionale. E’ vero che non è adatto ad ogni tipo di salviettina, ma io uso quelle mustela e ci entra perfettamente e mi mantiene le salviette umide.
