Bought mine in Feb and they are best used by December. Of course you never know with on line orders

What’s the expiration date on these? Since I’m buying 12 want to make sure it’s a t least a year away.

I bought several packets last fall, so late 2020. The two packets I have left don't expire until October 2022, so they will definitely last 2 years at least.

How many mg of sodium is in a packet?

Look at the front of the package - it says 220 mg

I have been using Knorr gravies for years. Unfortunately, you can no longer get the chicken flavor in stores. Thankfully, this vendor can still get it. I order two packages of 12 to stock up my cabinet.
