Q: Is this a sweatshirt or top? I want to wear it to work—business casual office?

I wore it with business slacks and it worked really well for a business casual look.

Q: I’m 5’5” 140 lbs what size should I get?

They run a tiny bit small so I would recommend perhaps a large if you don't want a tight fit. I'm 5'3" and rather overweight at 180 lbs. (heavier in tummy and bum) so ordered an XXL in order to take into consideration any shrinkage and to make sure I had the looser fit shown. Please know that each color and similar style of these are made of slightly different material with some being heavier than others (think heavier weight t-shirt material). Overall, I have been pleased and ordered a number of these in different colors and styles.

Q: what is the length on xxl size

First of all, the XXL is more like a Large. This shirt runs very small. It will be tightly fitted. The length is good, and comes down to the mid hip area. I like the shirt but it’s in the closet never warn.

Q: Can this top be worn for dressing up? Like with a skirt or dress pants?

It’s very thick material! I wear it with jeans and Uggs. Nice and warm. Not dressy.
