These are very good collars. They are made out of a woven nylon that is then coated in a rubberized coating. They are waterproof, smell proof, and they don't collect irritating grit like most collars. I clean them with kitchen spray and then I rinse them off. I now have this style collar on all my dogs. And, everyone I know who is really into dogs swear by these. To be clear, these are sold as replacement collars for the sport dog electronic training collars. I've had the same ones on my collars for a long time and they look great. For this purpose, they work great. They do not have a d-ring because you are not supposed to clip a leash to the e-collar because it will dig the collar into the dogs neck. But, I ordered this one as a regular collar for my little terrier because it isn't as wide as most collars of this material. It works great, but I do wish it had a d-ring for this purpose. I clip the leash to the squared tail keeper strap, which works fine but not as well. 5 stars because I can't fault it for the lack of a d-ring. But, SPORTDOG, please make these with d-rings as regular collars. And make them in 3/8" thickness for my littler dogs.

After I bought the first one, I bought two more and they are just wonderful, super high-quality and when you cut them, they don’t start un threading with cheaper brands, super durable, and if you really wanted to, you can get your dog tags on the collar too
