I only need a pair of rear control arm jounce bumpers. do you sell them separately?

Sorry but we just have control arm bumpers and control rear axle bumpers set only.

Are these the replacements for right above the rear axle? It has a cup shape mount and it appears you just insert the rubber by hand?

This kit is 4 pieces for above both the front and rear (bigger ones) axles. Pops in by hand, some levering needed. For me it fit a hummer H3 perfectly.
