Great for a very very dry mouth plus benefits of xylitol (kills bacteria) natural sweetener. Ok, well it worked quickly, but I have to say it's longevity is limited, you get a burst of saliva, but after 10 minutes another application is required, I was hoping for a longer lasting solution, perhaps there's no such thing, but this can be useful if you are suddenly struck with super a dry mouth as can happen with me, keep by the bed for such occasions, mouth breathing can cause this in the night.

A few weeks ago I had spinal and brain surgery resulting in a very sore throat and dry mouth which gave me severe headaches since taking oralieve it has soothed my severe headaches.10/10 I recommend this product.

I have dry mouth at night and the spray only lasts for for up to 4 hours , so I am not to satisfied with it , but it is a good product .

I have tried pretty much all of the dry mouth products available. This is the one that I keep buying. It fully moisturises the mouth, and the product tastes fresh and minty. It lasts for about one hour, in my case. I have recommended it to a couple of friends, and I’m very happy to do so here. Excellent product. I get very bored with medical products arriving in the post that are squashed or damaged. I now buy these products in fives, for the best value, but the side benefit is the study and protective packaging that the mouth sprays arrive in. Beat that!

The effect of the spray was instant but disappointingly short lasting.

I use this morning and evening, it's a refreshing peppermint flavour and does help to moisten i often have a dry mouth.
