I have been avoiding wearing a watch like many males do of late, but decided to finally take the plunge. As a working professional, I needed one or two watches for various occasions. I wanted a quality Swiss-made watch but gravitated away from "over-exposed" brands like Movado or Swiss Army. I wanted something slightly more rare that not everyone has one of. After doing some initial research, Tissot fit the bill. It's a Swiss brand established in 1853 and briefly even merged with Omega, thus has a long history with watch-making. The company makes quite a variety of styles, but I really liked the understated elegance of the this Tissot watch. I was somewhat reluctant to buy a watch online through Amazon without trying it on in person, but with a price-point of ~$300-400 and a great return policy of Amazon, I decided to take a chance. I was quite pleased with the design and even the box the watch came in. I also got a compliment from the watch store owner who was sizing the watch for me, who reminded me that Tissot is a great brand that not many people know of. I cannot attest to the overall durability of the watch since I owned it for only a month or so, but the style, the build, and the fit could not be better for me. It's very comfortable but also has some weight to it, which I really like. Please bare in mind that I'm not a watch enthusiast and have somewhat limited knowledge of watches. I also purchased a more upscale Longines automatic, but I actually wear this one more often and my wife likes this watch better as well. I'd say it's a very good mid-range watch for everyday-wearing. You won't be disappointed with this watch.

I tried on a bunch of different makes models and sizes before finding this watch. As soon as I put it on I knew it was the exact watch I was looking for. It has a decent weight that let's you know you're not wearing a ladies bracelet. The styling is simple but effective and the price isn't too bad. The only drawback, it's impossible to read the dials at night.

Simple chronograph that’s practical, stylish and functional for daily wear. The bracelet is comfortable, after easy pin and link adjustment. Couldn’t be more pleased with watch overall, in spite of its glaring lack of lume on the hands and dial. Seems to be keeping precise time as expected of a quartz, which is the most important feature in a timepiece.

This was a great find! I am not a "Watch Guy," but upon a recommendation from a friend of mine who routinely wears watches 5-10 times more money than this watch, I thought I would give it a try. Best money I have spent in a long time. I have found that people that know watches will routinely comment on what a great timepiece this Tissot is. By the way, the crystal has taken a beating as this watch is worn every day - not a single scratch. It is every bit as good as advertised! I would whole-heartedly recommend this watch to anyone.

I love this! watch a lot and I plan on keeping it as long as possible. it fits beautifully on the wrist and looks very luxurious. it is strong and has a sapphire. crystal, I have not yet had to change the batteries, but I plan on doing them myself even though you are recommended to send them

klar, die Optik ist Geschmacksache. Seit vielen Jahren trage ich zur Arbeit eine etwas preiswertere Tissot, die trotz der Beanspruchung wie neu aussieht, noch dicht ist und sehr genau geht. Ich will nicht eine alte Uhr bewerten, sondern die Tissot Couturier Leder Chrono. Leder gibt's nicht, der Name ist irreführend. Die Beschreibung und das Bild liegen richtig, Armbandmaterial Edelstahl. Es gibt die Couturier auch als Automatikchronograph mit Automatikuhrwerk, mich nervt jedoch das Einstellen der Zeit, wenn diese nach zwei Tagen wieder steht... Deshalb nun die Couturier mit Quartzwerk, Saphirglas und Edelstahlband. Meine Bewertung: Toll
