My kids have guppies, endlers, platys, pleco, snails and shrimp- they all love this food, and its easy for the kids to feed the fish. Unfortunately their color is a lot duller than when using the color enhancing mixes, but at the price point, its worth it for a kids hobby. If you have your fish for show, or just really want bright colors, either get a color boosting food, or supplement with other foods.

Great tropical fish food. You save a lot in buying bulk. Tetramin Staple fish food have been around for a very long time and they are known for their quality products. When I was a boy, over 50 years ago, that was what my father was feeding his fish with. You can't go wrong with them and your fish will stay healthy and in perfect shape.

I bought this because the label says its for top and mid feeders and my fish are mostly at the higher parts of my tanks. When I put this in my tanks it just goes straight to the bottom which is not what i wanted. I can't return this due to amazon return policies.
