This product is incredible!! I absolutely love it and use it almost daily. I really like that the side that touches your skin is a soft fabric instead of hard cold plastic. Works wonders for neck and shoulder pain.

Game Changer! Holds the cold so well and helps my pain level lower quickly. Very flexible and good quality. Do wish that the upper neck piece was separate from the lower part, as the ice migrates.
