Q: How long does this game take to play with 4 players? I'm thinking of planning a gameschool class, and would need to be set up-clean up in 50 minutes

I would say it all depends on how many cards you want a winner to have in order to win. I usually do 15 cards first makes a winner. Maybe not the way to play it but it's easier for my 11yr old and I to play it that way.

Q: how do we get a new copy of the instructions? My kids lost them.

They must have been because I have not come across any errors so far. What version did you find errors in? I used to play this when I was a kid as well. Perhaps that was an older version? We have played several times, but have not yet gone through every single card though so far. I hope this answer helps.
