The lights (2 pack) were received well packaged in manufacturers box which included instructions and relevant fittings. Like other similar light fittings these days it was really quite easy to install and to replace my older similar dimension light fixture. The main point of note is that there is no earth in these types of light, which seems to be the case with all suppliers, so the fitting is simply a case of removing the live + neutral and attaching to the plastic crimp connectors which are provided and clearly labelled. Once up and wired the light gives off bright illumination which is exactly what I wanted for my kitchen area in particular, hence I chose the 6500K bright white lighting option. I was very impressed with just how slim and sleek the light looked especially comparing it to my older fitting which now looked quite bulky and dated. Overall due to the price point paid for this light, the ease of fitting and the excellent end result for my requirements, I am giving a full 5 star rating. There isn't much to dislike about this item.

Bought 4 in total, fitted one in hallway, easy to do, great light, perfect for small areas with low ceiling. Very light. And Bright, and not to large.

Bought a pair of these for the bathroom and ensuite and was so impressed with the brightness I bought another pair for the kitchen. However the improvement in brightness in the kitchen wasn't so noticeable from the two 4-spot leds that they replaced but it was a slight improvement. So should definitely brighten up your smaller spaces depending on what you already have and if you are looking for a brighter low wattage light. As for fitting this can take anywhere between 15 to 45 minutes depending on how long it takes to remove the existing light, what sort of mess you find the wiring in and how easy/difficult it is to secure to the ceiling although the whole assembly is quite light. Some reviewers mentioned they don't like the quick connect terminals but I found them ok however a couple of mine were a bit fiddly to twist on the main section once the wiring was done.

Works well. Lies flat to the ceiling. Easy to install. The included screws are awful. The head snaps off so use better screws.

Very minimalist and bright for their size

I have bought around 20 of these. This time I must have a faulty product as two packs have gone within a few months of installation. The first 2 I just replaced. Now I have another so investigated the returns policy. Which just shunts you back and forward without any resolution. Only way to get a result seems to be to reorder then return immediately. Quite unsatisfying as it feels dishonest.
