The system will connect to any amplifier, receiver or speaker system via the supplied cable with 1/4". Many sound systems, laptops, boom boxes, etc. have 1/4" female jacks.

Does the LCD on the microphone show the battery level?

The microphone's battery life is approximately 8 hours and the LCD will dim when it is about to run out of power, which is how we can tell if the microphone needs to be recharged.
