This item is great, but having only 1 12V plug is DEFINITELY NOT the way to go. It needs to include a back up 12V adapter, a wall plug outlet or a battery. My 12V plug died on me while I'm the middle of changing a tire. This was only my 2nd time using this product. My car was still on the the jack and was stuck mid air. Tried to find a release and customer service was absolutely no help at all. Had to Google and YouTube to find the answer. Even requesting a refund or a new 12V plug is a task within itself. Buy at your own risk

Plug in to car outlet or directly to battery to use impact wrench, hydralic lift and air pump to fix and flat tire. Easy to use and works great. Only limitation is the lengh of the power cord may be too short for some instances.

It failed in all categories of what a Jack and air system is supposed to be. It did nothing to help me. I had to hire a tow truck.

Convenient to have for what it does. However it appears to have a proprietary charging port. The worst part is it only comes with a charger for a car cigarette lighter and battery alligator clips. There is no way to charge it in your garage using a normal outlet. It’s quite annoying when you really think about it.
