Total waste of money. What is not clear until you purchase the product is they suggest 4 capsules per serving (per day). This provides 17% of the RDA. One would need to take 23 capsules per day to achieve a RDA of 100%. I would never buy this item again and do not recommend it. Save your money and look at other products.
