No moisturizing oils are included, so this is the usual creamy consistency. This is not butter, but a cream. Very attractive, quickly absorbed, and very easy to apply.

Will this cream firm neck skin?

No. It does a great job of moisturizing your face but it will not firm neck skin. I should know, the grandkids call me turkey neck.
