Ultima Replenisher Daily Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix, 90-Serving Canister

These are my go-to electrolytes and have been for years. My husband is a personal trainer and I am a master’s-level nutritionist, and this is the brand we consistently recommend to clients. We have tried plenty of electrolyte products, and this one continues to stand out for both quality and usability. One reason we like it so much is that the sodium level is more moderate than some of the newer brands being heavily promoted. Higher sodium is not automatically better for everyone. For people who truly need more, it is easy to add a little sea salt without ruining the flavor, which makes this a very customizable option. The flavors are excellent and do not have the overly artificial, aggressively sweet taste that a lot of electrolyte products have. The lemonade flavor in particular is extremely versatile. We often mix it with fresh lemon or lime juice and add frozen or fresh fruit to make flavored, healthier hydrating lemonades with more variety, and it works really well that way. I would say it is 95% soluble because there are some particulates left behind at the bottom of the cup. Another big plus is adherence. Clients are much more likely to consistently use something that actually tastes good, and this brand does well on that front. We have had a great experience recommending it because people enjoy it, stick with it, and often notice a positive difference when using it regularly. We have never received a complaint regarding negative digestive effects, quality, odor, or taste. I am comfortable with the ingredient profile and appreciate the overall quality of the product. My one real complaint is the price, which has definitely gone up over the years. Even so, this is still one of the few products I plan to keep on auto-ship long term because it has been that consistently useful for our household. Overall, this is a high-quality electrolyte powder with great flavor, practical flexibility, and strong long-term value, even if the price has become harder to love.

Originally it tasted too sweet and strong. After a while, I started to like the taste. It helped recover from severe sweeting from long runs during the summer. It's a bit pricy though.

Great price for the amount you get. Not overly sweet and overly loaded with carbs. Great drink when working out/recovering with no stomach issues.

Great flavors! I love that they make this in a canister or in to go packs. This can truly help me feel better when I’m feeling dehydrated and it tastes nice to have some flavorful.

I had my colon removed earlier this year, and was told that because of my new ileostomy I would constantly be battling dehydration so I should find good electrolyte drinks. The standard, of course, are drinks like Gatorade and Powerade, but that’s a lot of sugar, plus a whole bunch of other unpronounceable things! So I went on a quest to find other alternatives. Boy, did that open a can of worms. There are so many options, but they all fell flat for me. I do not care for either standard sugar replacers like aspertame and sucralose (both because I don’t like the taste and they are not very good for you), but I also don’t care for most “healthier” sweeteners (like stevia and erythritol). Well—that’s pretty much all of the options. You can wipe out half the options based on the aspertame and sucrslose, and the other hslf have stevia. Like, ALL of them. And I so dislike stevia, it only takes a hint of it and I can taste it, and most things with stevia do NOT put just a little in. Enter this powder. My dad is the one who introduced it to me. He likewise greatly dislikes stevia, but assured me that he doesn’t even notice it in this (he tried multiple flavors, and to him the raspberry flavor was his favorite, both in flavor and minimally noticeable stevia). I tried the raspberry and agreed: not a noticeable stevia flavor, but with ingredients I can feel good about!! So I immediately ordered two of the variety packs that have four single serve envelopes of four flavors each, and wiped out the orange flavor first! There are others that I like as well, but the orange is the one I always come back to. And by buying it in this bill container it makes it so much more affordable! So whether you like orange, or grape or passion fruit, this brand is the best, both for flavor choices, price, taste, and health benefits.

This dissolves quickly, has great taste and meets our hydration needs. We have ordered this consistently for more than a year now!
