My case does not fully charge to 100 anymore. It will stop around 35 percent and not charge beyond that. Is there a way to fix this?

I had that problem and they stand by their product.. i messaged them and they sent me out a replacement unit.. I suggest you do the same.

I was skeptical about the product but these air buds are great, the reviews are accurate. I would say the sound quality compared to Apple AirPods are a close 95%. The playing time between charges seem to last longer than the Apple AirPods. I’ve been using these airbuds for 3 days now averaging 8 hours a day. My charging case has yet needed to be charged and it’s showing 68% battery life left. The airbuds fit well and they are comfortable and light. GREAT GREAT product. The price is a steal
