Been using these for a while now and have noticed a difference in my hair ,would recommend however remember it's only biotin if you want different supplements for hair you have to buy others on top ,still a good supplement and would recommend

Take with Zinc and Selenium to aid absorption…
Taste lush, proper strawberry taste. Not sure if they work yet as only been taking them a week. To aid absorption I’ve bought the ‘Mobu’ Zinc 15mg and Selenium 200mcg tablets to go with 😁

They really do make a difference.
My nail bar is always surprised at how quickly my nails grow and it's definitely because of these gummies! If I stop taking them, my nails just don't grow much at all. I also think they're helping me keep my natural hair colour! I've always had good skin but you can't take these things for granted and if chewing a couple of these yummy gummies after dinner helps to keep all three of these elements in good condition, that's good enough for me!
