Surprisingly detangling and not oily. I have 4a long hair. Thanks for leaving alcohol out of your products. I made a switch recently to a well known shea product whose main ingredients are two types of alcohol followed by Behentrimonium chloride. I washed my hair after a week of the well known shea product and had about a 1/2 cup of hair loss and I use a co wash. Combing my hair was worse. I will never leave TGIN again. I almost cried when I put the Curl bomb in my hair and was able to use my fingers to get the product through my hair without hair loss. I waited a bit and then combed my hair with no hair loss. Amazing and thanks again.

One of the best natural curl conditioners I've ever used. I've used most of the major brands. I used it for 2-strand twists and the twist-outs were formed nicely shining and soft, the fragrance is clean and soft enough to blend nicely with other fragrances.

4 stars because I still have a bit of frizz and it has wheat protein in the product. I have a gluten sensitivity so I am hopeful this won’t turn bad on me. I really like the gel so I want it to work. I have 3B, frizzy, very dry coiled hair, with tiny strands but thick hair and an extra dry back crown of hair. My stylist told me to find a soft gel. I have used TGIN’s miracle repair leave-in for a year now and I love it, so I tried this. There is no crunch, no flaking and my hair doesn’t feel like anything is on it. It is also surprisingly soft for having a gel in it. I wouldn’t say it completely controlled my extreme frizz, but it definitely does well enough for every day use. I love the light hold and soft to the touch feel. My hair dried much faster than normal and it was a bit harder to detangle but I do like the end results. I suppose the process is ok, but I pay less for a product that controls frizz better, but it has less touchability, more crunch and sometimes I can’t achieve big hair. I’m hopeful this product will change that. The scent is very light. Almost not there. We will see how it performs over time. Before and after pics below. Those pics are also having their leave-in conditioner and a bit of jojoba oil. I used 5 pumps of gel. Update: I ended up returning this because my hair became more dry with each use and there was a product build up beginning. I wanted it to work but herbal essence mouse is what I ended up returning to. Hoping to find a better hair gel.

This is my go to for either a cute curly style or wash and go. I have like 3c/4a hair and it works amazing.

definitely feels moisturizing but please fix these pumps its not only this gel that ive had this issue with. ive bought leave in conditioner and regular conditioner and the pumps come messed up. i like ur products but fix the packaging

Once again TGIN product did not disappoint! I love the way it smells, the way it makes my hair feel and just love love the way it holds my edges! It doesn't flake and I just put it on my hair after I shower and my hair stays in place. I don't worry about the wind blowing my hairstyle out of whack! I have 4b type hair and the only way I could keep my edges down was to sit under a dryer, but now I just apply the gel and go! I love that when I get home from work, my hair is not frizzy, is not greasy and looks great!

Great product. It’s nice and thick, great for styling and holding curls. My personal preference I don’t like the smell.

My husband swears by this. It defines his 4C curls really well without leaving any residue or build up. Hair looks moisturised and well defined without feeling heavy. It’s great value for money and has good hold. His curls will last for the whole week. The fragrance is rather subtle and not overpowering. I’ve repurchased this multiple times already.
