I love this product because it can emulate some of the Pilates moves that one finds exclusive to the Pilates studio. It maintains a super comfortable grip . I love it for back rows , triceps and donkey kicks ! It’s versatile and can be used for dozens of exercises . It comes with a stretch band and a manual with foundational exercises however the company will send you additional exercises for both the flexie bar and the stretch band . Excellent customer service .. Ella is outstanding and believes in the product and that the customers truly are getting the most out of this product . I know delivery time is important to many people so I will mention that it arrives earlier than stated ! Highly recommend this product !

I really like the Pilates Bar! It’s so easy to use and so simple to assemble there is absolutely no excuse for not working out with it!! It’s also a wonderful asset to a trip for keeping fit and toned while traveling and it doesn’t take up much space. This is a real asset to any workout regime.

I have been having fun with my Pilates Bar so far! It was definitely easy to assemble, had hubby help me adjusting the length/ resistance then I was able to do myself ! Great for stretching pre and post workouts. Yet to use the “stretching strap” it comes with, I’m sure I’ll use it eventually it seems very durable.

According to the product description, I was supposed to receive a workout manual, meal planner, and a workout planner. I didn't receive any of those items. They included a card that said if I didn't receive them, I should reach out to their "Social media handle," which I did, but no one has responded. I specifically ordered this one because it promised those items. There are several other versions of these bars that are less expensive. I should have ordered one of those. If I don't hear from someone soon, I will be returning it. I do like the bars, but I'm disappointed in the improper advertising.
