I didn't have much faith in this steamer but decided to return it at the first sign of trouble BUT it works just fine! NOTE TO USER: When you are finished steaming using the hood, there's a plug on the back of the hood, put a cup under the plug then pull that plug out to release the rest of the water.

I love this product!

Auto shut off does not work. I had to throw it out because it burned up! It is hard to tell when there is no water and I looked at it and it was all burned and brown. Unable to clean it. Threw it away after 3 uses. Awful.

It’s very good I usually use the face attachment for both hair and skin. I didn’t know I have to use only distilled water but I use tap water. Too much hustle if I’m in rush.
