I am so incredibly happy with my experience using the kegg fertility tracker. My husband and I had been trying to conceive, and after just one cycle of tracking with kegg, I got a positive pregnancy test! I was initially looking for a way to better understand my cycle and identify my fertile window more accurately. Kegg was easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and I found the app’s data really helpful for visualizing my cycle. I found it worked best when I paired it with LH strips. I would watch for the Kegg reading to increase, which helped me time when to start using my LH strips to catch the surge. It was such a great way to confirm my fertile window. If you are on the fence, I would definitely recommend giving it a try. It felt like a game changer for our journey, and I’m so grateful I decided to use it.

After 5+ years of unexplained infertility, 6 failed medicated cycles, and 4 failed IUIs, I decided to try Kegg. We had previously gotten pregnant but lost our son at 22 weeks due to PPROM, and I also found out my AMH was 0.67 at 29. After using Kegg for just 3 cycles, we got a positive test! As a product, Kegg has been incredibly easy and quick to use, which made it realistic to stay consistent daily. The battery life is amazing! I’ve used it for 3 months, never had to charge it, and it still has about 30% remaining. Another huge plus is the Kegg support group. The community is very active, with women regularly sharing their charts. Being able to compare and follow tips from others made a big difference for me in understanding my own patterns. Overall, Kegg has been a really user-friendly and helpful tool in my journey.

1. This tracks like your standard period tracking app. Floss etc.. 2. It does not adjust for fluctuating cycle. 3. Fertility "window" predicted does not match anything else. 4. The only time it will adjust for the vaginas fluid if you manually input what the texture is like. I'm sorry but if the point was for me to check texture myself then what even is the point of this thing. 5. Customer service is utterly incompetent, they don't even know their own product. I have emails with them saying one thing that contradicts their own manual. & both emails & manual instructions are pointless. 6. Return policy states that you have to wait 10 cycles before returning. & returns must be done within 12 months of purchase. Anyone with long cycle might have less than 10 cycles in 12 months... 7. Too expensive for doing nothing. 8. It's a gimmick that does not work & the company is a liar. 9. Spend money on a different ovulation tracker, if you must.

This definitely worked. I got pregnant after the first use/cycle. I am now currently 8 weeks 1 day!

This tool is incredibly accurate! It is easy to use and only takes a few minutes. My NaProTechnology provider recommended it (if thinking about IVF, look into NaPro/Restorative Reproductive Medicine first!). I had been using the Creighton Method prior to ordering the kegg which is a manual process with a lot of room for error. This eliminated the need for the manual process and pegged my ovulation correctly per my BBT as tracked by the Oura ring. It would be useful for Oura ring to be integrated with the kegg app.

Well this has picked up a 'fertility' impedance when my opks still haven't gone positive. Even though it's been a wavy score.. I still haven't hit a peak. Based on information available, opks might just not always be reliable for people with pcos. So I am showing a text book blunted ovulation based on the information this has given me. However, I am still on my first cycle. While you can't use the prediction for the first cycle. All of the other information like mucus and impedance remains relevant. So while i'm still like 'omfg where's my ovulation' we will see what happens in 2 weeks, if I get my period or am positive pregnancy test. If i'm 'late' with my period, i will come back and update with the actual results. So this 'did' record the impedance and mucus outside of my fertility window. Which should be around 80-85% accurate even though my bbt didn't spike (which happens when you have a blunted ovulation, your bbt can avoid showing a clear spike - but makes subtle changes instead aka a slow rise) Using 'all' available data from opk low recordings, bbt recordings, mucus recordings and impedance (using their numbers as a scale for record) a.i says that the above is the case. Even when premom keeps pushing my ovulation back and back because it relies only on bbt to confirm ovulation, needing a .4 minimal rise for 3 days.

I still cant believe it... As I write this shakely today, IM PREGNANT 😁 I've been doing it for 4 years unprotected (not trying to get pregnant) with my husband and never crossed my mind why i hadn't gotten pregnant without protection til this year. And i saw my doctor that apparently said i had been diagnosed with PCOS as of 2021 and i was like hmm never knew this soooo now what do i do (2025 now). She did place me in metformin for my insulin resistance and i had nurses recommend i take myo-inositol. She also recommended take raspberry tea i hate hot so i drank it cold, she said something about thining my uterus walls for better sperm entrance 😅 (the reason they had diagnosed me with pcos was for irregular periods, which i was aware of). I did live with the thought of damm if i have been careless for 4 years and didnt get pregnant i never will now. I came across kegg since Dr. recommened to do all the extra to keep track of ovulation days but honestly i didnt want to do strips and figured this would be easier which it super was. I used it for 2 period cycles but honestly didn't try aiming for the sexual part til after my second cycle and honestly I'm surprised that it only took first try to get pregnant. I'm shocked and this really did work for me. It was easy and simple and none of those extra subscriptions. It is easy to understand the chart as it goes. The highlighted and highest green is your go to for sex the blue shows ovulation possibilities but your goal is do it on the green the higher the better. The last couple days I didn't test because we went camping and I forgot my device but came back last night and today decided take a pregnancy and yall know the outcome 🥰. ***Update: haha my husband now wants me to use this device to avoid my ovulation days haha til I can get better to try and conceive for are next planned baby. I said I'm not sure thats how it works 🥴 lol but we have welcomed are kegg baby who is turning 2 months now💜

I have PCOS and was worried this really wouldn’t help me since my cycle was all over the place coming off the pill. I went 80 days with out a cycle. I started a bunch of vitamins and supplements and decided to give kegg a try in November after finally having a period. I didn’t miss a single day using kegg, I was so excited! Then came emotions, thinking I was ovulating, but was not. After 53 days of following peaks and valleys and using LH strips (mainly to learn my cycle and fully trust kegg) I got a positive LH!
